Scene ON Community Guidelines

• No harassment, hateful speech, or bullying of any kind.
• Do not threaten or encourage violence.
• Do not share personal or sensitive information of others without consent.

• No obscene, sexually explicit, or graphic content.
• Under-18s must not be exposed to adult or explicit material.
• Do not post content that glorifies self-harm, gore, or violence.

• No coordinating or promoting criminal activity or extremist content.
• No scams, fraud, or deceptive actions.
• No sale or promotion of controlled or harmful items.

• Share only content you own or have rights to.
• Don't reproduce or distribute copyrighted or trademarked material without permission.

• Do not send unsolicited messages or mass invites.
• No using bots or automation to manipulate engagement or advertising.

• Every event ("Scene") is organized by users.
• You attend at your own risk.
• Scene ON is not responsible for injuries, disputes, or damages at any event.

Scene ON has a zero-tolerance policy for any content or behavior that sexually exploits or endangers minors. This includes child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any grooming, solicitation, or exploitation of individuals under 18.

• Do not share, solicit, or distribute any content that sexually depicts or exploits a minor.
• Do not use the platform to contact, groom, or exploit minors in any way.
• Do not create Scenes or posts that target, expose, or endanger children.
• All users must be 18 years of age or older to use Scene ON.

Any account found sharing or engaging with child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) content will be immediately terminated and reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement authorities.

If you encounter any content that may involve the exploitation of a minor, please report it immediately using the in-app reporting feature.

If you break our rules, or if others report you, we may:

• Issue a warning
• Remove your content
• Suspend or terminate your account
• In serious cases, contact law enforcement or escalate further

If you see content or behavior that violates these rules, you can report it directly in the app. Use the Report button on any user profile, post, Scene, or comment to flag it for review. Our team will investigate and take appropriate action.

Our moderators help uphold these guidelines. They:

• Lead by example and treat everyone fairly.
• Enforce the spirit, not just the letter, of the rules.
• Are trained to handle complex or subjective situations with judgment and care.
